      If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

      DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

      - Spectacular country house from the 19th century (1800) with 300m2 of interior and 500m2 of garden that has a chill out area with a bar, barbecue area, private pool, outdoor summer dining room, a well and a parking area.

      - The pool maintenance and cleaning service comes every Thursday afternoon.

      - Ideal for large groups of people who want to enjoy a few days of rest by the sea.

      - 15 minutes from Barcelona, and the same distance from both the beach and the mountains (Serralada de Marina).

      - Inside, you will have a spacious, bright living room with comfortable sofas, a TV area and a dining room.

      - In the living room you will find a TV area and, if you need to work, a small area with a desk where you can bring your computer, ideal for business trips.

      - The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the essentials to make your stay great.

      - The rooms have wardrobes, are spacious and bright thanks to their large windows that provide beautiful natural light.

      - The house is lovingly decorated. The house has everything you need for short or long-term stays.

      - Very close to the house is the La Riera paddle tennis club (for a fee) and the Rucs de la Serralada Litoral.

      - The property offers guests photography and massage services (to be booked in advance and subject to availability).

      We are a specialised team and all our guests are personally welcomed by us. During your arrival, we will explain what you can visit around, introduce you to the are and answering any questions you may have. 

      We provide all the amenities in order to enjoy the best stay. All clean towels and sheets will be available for you and your family/friends.

      GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

      - It is a typical neighborhood of a coastal town, quiet, with charm and emblematic buildings.

      - The house is located in a quiet and familiar area.

      - The promenade is a 15-minute walk from the farmhouse, with clear-water beaches, typical fishermen's boats and beach bars where you can enjoy night and day. It will be the ideal place for walking, jogging, cycling, fishing or practicing various water activities.

      - A 15-minute walk from the mountain (Serralada de Marina).

      - During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate typical festivals, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good food, etc.

      - Near the town there is a large water park called "Isla Fantasia".

      HOW TO MOVE

      - The train station is 15 minutes walk from the house. You will also find buses and taxi service.

      - By car you can reach the town through the highway or the N-II road that runs along the entire coast.

      OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS

      - Take into account that arrivals between 09:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. Tickets between 12:00 a.m. and 02:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €70. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 02:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.

      - Upon arrival, you must pay a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person, due to the rules established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

      - In the moment to do the check-in, adults and children will have to identify by means of ID card, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK.
