- Spectacular house located next to the old town of Premià de Dalt, with incredible views of the town, the sea and the mountains. Located in a quiet and familiar environment. It has a large garden with terrace, private pool and parking area.

- You will have a beautiful garden with natural grass, a terrace overlooking the pool and a barbecue area. It will be the ideal place to relax, sunbathe, have a drink or chat quietly. In addition, the pool has a safety fence for children.
- Inside, large living room with fireplace and dining area. Next to it, we find a large fully equipped office kitchen.
- In the living room you will find a TV area and, if you need to work, the house has spaces to work with the computer, ideal for business trips.
- On the upper floor we find the rooms, all of them spacious and bright. The owners have wanted to assign each bedroom the name of a painter, and within each of them, you will have access to a QR code that will lead you to discover more details.
- The house is fully available and has everything you need for short or long-term stays.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- The house is located next to the old town of Premià de Dalt. It is a unique and exclusive space.
- Just 23 km from Barcelona and 1.5 km from the beach.
- During the summer, all the villages of the area celebrate the typical fiestas so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.
- 1 km from the house is a large water park called "Isla Fantasía".

HOW TO MOVE
It is advisable to have your own vehicle since the house is in the upper part of Premià de Dalt. In the same house there is a parking area.
There is a bus service that connects Premià de Dalt with Premià de Mar. The bus stop is located just down the street and has a direct line to the Premià de Mar train station.
Barcelona-El Prat airport is the nearest and is 31 km away from the house.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
- Take into account that arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. Tickets between 12:00 a.m. and 02:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €70. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 02:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.
- Upon arrival, you must pay a tourist tax of € 1 per night per person, due to the rules established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
